Originally designed by another practice, Darkin Architects took over as the lead consultant and architect when the site was purchased by the developer. The site consists of two affordable units and two market units. Throughout the project, Darkin Architects have brought value to the client by working with the contractor and other consultants to ensure the best build possible.
