Darkin Architects were approached by Life Property Solutions to provide architects services for this development site in Pembrokeshire. The site already had outline consent for 8 dwellings, but the existing design was not cost effective.
Darkin Architects reviewed the site layout to a single house type in a linear configuration with access via private driveways. This redesign enabled the scheme to be financially viable.
